Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

 

All purchases made through The Morgan Experience are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital services, coaching, and advisory work, once a service is purchased, time and resources are immediately allocated.

 
2. No Refunds Apply To:
  • Alignment Sessions

  • The Foundation

  • Alignment Intensive

  • Integration Coaching

  • Advisory Services

  • Private Alignment Advisory

  • Subscription payments (monthly or otherwise)

 

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed sessions

  • Missed appointments

  • Late cancellations

  • Partial use of any program or service

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances

 
3. Rescheduling (In Place of Refunds)

 

We understand that schedules may shift.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

  • Requests made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session

  • No-shows are considered completed sessions

 
4. Subscription Terms

 

For recurring services:

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle

  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

 
5. Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refunds are not standard practice.

In rare cases, The Morgan Experience reserves the right to issue a refund at its sole discretion.

 
6. Agreement

 

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
