The Morgan Experience (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides Human Design-based coaching, alignment sessions, advisory services, and related offerings designed to support personal awareness, clarity, and aligned decision-making.

 

By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Disclaimer

All services offered through The Morgan Experience are intended for:

  • Personal development

  • Self-awareness

  • Decision-making support

These services are not:

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health therapy

  • Legal or financial advice

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are legally able to enter into an agreement

  • All information provided is accurate

4. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions and programs must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice

  • Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received

5. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of digital services, coaching, and advisory work:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or scheduled services

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used programs or subscriptions

6. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be forfeited

  • No-shows are considered completed sessions

7. Program & Subscription Terms

  • For ongoing services (e.g., Integration Coaching, Advisory):

  • Billing is recurring based on the selected plan

  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle

  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

8. Advisory & Private Advisory

  • Advisory services are:

  • Strategic and guidance-based

  • Not outcome-guaranteed

  • Private Advisory is:

  • Limited availability

  • Application-based

  • Subject to acceptance and termination at the Company’s discretion

9. Client Responsibility

  • You acknowledge that:

  • Results depend on your participation and application

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions

  • The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes

10. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, frameworks, and session information provided are the intellectual property of The Morgan Experience.

  • You may not:

  • Copy

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • without written permission.

11. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information.

  • However:

  • You are responsible for your own disclosures during sessions

  • Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The Morgan Experience shall not be held liable for:

  • Decisions made by clients

  • Outcomes resulting from services

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • All services are provided “as is.”

13. Termination

  • We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Terminate agreements

  • Cancel access

  • at any time, if necessary.

14. Modifications

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
